Aeration

Core Aeration is considered to be the most beneficial thing you can do for your lawn. By using a machine called an Aerator, we punch small holes throughout your lawn. These holes create easier access for air and water to penetrate the soil and reach the root system, strengthening it significantly. A healthy root system for your grass has many benefits including a denser, more green lawn, and its more resistant to weeds and disease.

For the Houston Area, its beneficial to aerate 1-2 per year between March-October.

Fertilization

lawnfertilizer.jpgFor a healthy green lawn, a well timed and proper fertilizer program is key. Fertilizer gives your lawn the nutrients it needs to thrive, building the root system, which like mentioned above is vital for weed and disease prevention.

For the Houston Area, its beneficial to Fertilize 5-6 times per year between February- November.

Prices start at $35 per application. Organic Fertilizer is available upon request.

Sprinkler Repair

With the Texas heat, it goes without saying, your lawn needs water. Making sure your sprinkler system is in good working order is important for many reasons and the another key for a healthy lawn. For one, you don’t want to be wasting water, one broken pipe can really put a dent in your water bill and the system won’t be watering as intended. Two, it is very difficult and time consuming to try to water a Houston lawn 3-4 times per week by hand, so a working sprinkler system is a huge help and home improvement. Three, as I mention right off the bat, your lawn needs water! Aeration and Fertilizer are considered the most beneficial services you can do for your lawn, but if the lawn isn’t getting watered properly, it is all for naught.

Prices for a Sprinkler System Audit start at $65.

An Audit includes going through every zone of your system, checking your back flow device, and inspecting your Controller to ensure everything is working properly. If something is wrong we will let you know and give you a price for the repair.
